Opiniones de los administradores educativos sobre su conciencia sobre la planificación educativa

El propósito de esta investigación fue determinar las opiniones de los administradores sobre su conocimiento de la planificación educativa, el propósito, los beneficios y los problemas que enfrentan. También tenía como objetivo averiguar si los administradores recibieron educación y capacitación en planificación educativa. La investigación empleó un diseño de investigación fenomenológica cualitativa. Los participantes fueron 15 administradores que fueron determinados con un método de máxima diversidad. Los datos se recopilaron con una técnica de entrevista semiestructurada y se analizaron con un enfoque de análisis descriptivo. Los resultados revelaron que la mayoría de los administradores recibieron capacitación en el servicio o educación en planificación educativa, subrayaron numerosos beneficios y son conscientes de la importancia de la misma. También se descubrió que, aunque algunos administradores encuentran problemas, consideran que la planificación educativa es una herramienta importante para lograr los objetivos de la organización.Downloads
