This study focused on establishing the association between human talent management and the quality of hybrid education in Peruvian Regular Basic Education. A basic observational, correlational design was followed as part of the methodology. The questionnaire was applied to 328 primary school teachers from four educational institutions in San Juan de Lurigancho. The results showed that 37.80% of the respondents obtained a low level in the management of teaching staff due to the presence of inefficient processes related to selection, lack of programs to strengthen pedagogical skills, and ineffective mechanisms to recognize the work carried out by the teacher. In the same way, 43.30% of the teachers presented at a regular level in the educational quality that evidenced an inadequate implementation regarding the technological resources used in education and the lack of collaboration to achieve the institution's goals. Thus, there is a direct influence between both variables with a Spearman value of 0.912. Therefore, it was concluded that developing an efficient process of selection, induction, training and delivery of incentives promotes an educational service as required.Downloads
