Factores que influyen en la integración comunitaria en salud digital: revisión sistemática

Resumen

La presente revisión sistemática tiene como objetivo analizar los principales factores que influyen en la integración de la comunidad al sistema digital de salud. La metodología utilizada consistió en la revisión de artículos de investigación sobre participación comunitaria y desarrollo digital en salud, a partir de las bases de datos Scopus y Scielo, entre 2017 a 2021. Se seleccionaron 25 artículos, considerando los criterios de cribado y elegibilidad a través del protocolo PRISMA para el análisis de las cuatro categorías de interés: aceptabilidad, viabilidad digital, uso de plataformas digitales y gobernanza en salud digital. De la revisión efectuada, resalta la necesidad del acceso a nuevas herramientas digitales, el desarrollo de mecanismos de autocontrol digital, la aplicación del concepto de ciencia ciudadana para el monitoreo del ecosistema digital y la aplicación del modelo de gobernanza móvil. Se concluye con la importancia de desarrollar plataformas digitales de fácil aplicación para la integración comunitaria, y el fortalecimiento del sistema de gobernanza aplicado en salud digital.
