The present systematic review aims to analyze the main factors that influence the integration of the community to the digital health system. The methodology used consisted of reviewing research articles on community participation and digital development in health, included in the Scopus and Scielo databases between 2017 to 2021. Twenty-five articles were selected, considering the screening and eligibility criteria through the PRISMA guide for the analysis of the four categories of interest: acceptability, digital feasibility, use of digital platforms and governance in digital health. The review highlighted the need for access to new digital tools, the development of digital self-monitoring mechanisms, the application of the concept of citizen science for monitoring the digital ecosystem and the application of the mobile governance model. This work concludes with the importance of developing easy-to-apply digital platforms for community integration and strengthening the governance system applied to digital health.Downloads
