El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la cultura organizacional dentro del contexto de la globalización económica actual. Para esto, se hace una re visión de conceptos fundamentales como: cultura, cultura organizacional, orientación de las empresas, empresa como agente social, responsabilidad social empresarial y la globalización. Se concluye que las organizaciones tienen el desafío de brindar valor agregado claramente distinguible a sus clientes para que estos ayuden a mantenerlas vigentes.Downloads
